Copyright can be purchased by Music Creator Plus subscribers through My Library or from the Plan Details page.
My Library
Step 1: Navigate to your My Library and select the GET button on your created track. This will be bring up a pop up with the option to PURCHASE COPYRIGHT
Step 2: Enter in your payment details as well as the legal first and last name of the future license holder. This pop up will also display your purchase details. Once you are ready, select SUBMIT to submit your request.
Step 3: Copyright requests are typically processed within one business day of submission. A Pandadoc contract will be sent to the email attached to your account for review and signing. This contract will have the track title and track ID listed.
Step 4: After signing your contract, payment will be processed using the card attached to your account. This typically can take up to two business days for processing. You will receive an invoice to your email once successfully processed. This invoice will have both the track title and the track ID listed.
Step 5: Once payment has successfully been processed, you will then receive a confirmation email from one of our team members. You will also see a golden © next to your track title indicating that you own the copyright for this specific track.
Congratulations! You now own the copyright for your created track!
Plan Details
Step 1: Navigate to the Plan Details page and scroll down to the Copyright Purchase section. Here, you can submit a request to purchase 5 or 15 tracks at once by selecting REQUEST NOW.
Discounts are available for bundled purchases of 5 or 15 tracks. All tracks in a bundle request must be purchased together to receive this discount.
Step 2: A new window will appear in your browser with the Copyright Request form. Fill out the appropriate information including: First and Last legal name, the email attached to your Soundful account, the shareable link to your created tracks, and any questions you may have that need to be answered before purchase.
Step 3: If you listed any questions in your submission form, a team member will reach out to you answer them. Copyright requests are typically processed within one business day of submission.
