What is Soundful's refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Soundful subscription, we offer a refund policy that allows customers to receive a refund provided they have not used any of the premium features of the plan they subscribed to AND it is within the seven days of your initial Premium, Pro, or Business subscription.

Please note that once you have started using premium features, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, and the use of premium features will act as a waiver of your withdrawal right.

We also encourage all customers to use our Standard plan to evaluate whether the paid offerings are suitable for them or not outside of the premium locked features.  No refund can be made due to dissatisfaction based on features available across all plans. 

Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the plan member to downgrade to the Standard plan or disable auto-renewal of their subscription when they no longer wish to continue paying for the Services. Please note that no refund will be made if the plan member forgets to cancel their subscription outside of the seven-day period.
